WELCOME RIVERLANDS
When Kate and Ed first opened their wedding venue at their home in East Yorkshire they never imagined what a wonderful whirlwind it would be and how quickly it would develop.
Having now outgrown their original name ‘The Barns’ they are ready for something a little more unique.
Riverlands reflects the site’s heritage and location and we just love it.
For couples wanting something a little different this place is definitely for you. Set on a picturesque farm, this relaxed and rustic venue is ideal for a unique wedding with the personal touch.
With your ceremony in the 18th century brick barn and the also the wooden party barn, this venue bursts with an epic vibe that suits our photography style to a tee.
Our aim is to tell a story of your wedding day through natural photographs rather than ones that have been staged/posed by your photographer. This gives life and energy to your memories and when you receive your gallery it will be a true reflection of what actually happened on your wedding day.

Kate and Ed have become great friends of ours, the biggest thing we love about them is their positivity which mirrors our own.
Your wedding day should not be run of the mill, it should not feel like you are part of a conveyor belt production line and at Riverlands they take enormous pride in delivering a unique wedding bespoke to every single couple.
Whether you have 20 or 200 guests, Riverlands is an idyllic and unique setting in which to create wonderful memories.
You can get married in the licensed 18th century brick barn, enjoy drinks and games in the courtyard, chill by the fire-pit on leather Chesterfield sofas, and eat, drink and dance in the 18x9m wooden party barn.
All the facilities are exclusively yours for the duration of your event, to give you complete privacy.
