For our latest blog post we are revisiting one of our favourite couples weddings, the totally awesome Becky and Sam's wedding at Hazel Gap Barn.
These guys big day will be the first of a few weddings that took place during the dreaded "C Word" times that we will be revisiting.
What seems like another lifetime ago from a parallel dimension, we had over 80 weddings to fullfil in 2022 due to all the postponements that we were never able to get them on the blog.
So lets right that wrong, starting with Becky and Sam.
BECKY & SAM: THIS ONE'S A KEEPER

THE BIG DAY!
When we first met Becky and Sam sat outside the Hope and Anchor in North Lincolnshire for a pint on a glorious evening in May 2019 (how crazy does that sound) to plan and chat about their wedding that was to take place in June 2021 we got along like a house on fire, then you know what happened and spoiled it all.
They finally got the big day of their dreams in May 2022 at the beautiful Hazel Gap Barn.
It really was an emotional day for us as these two love birds are the last of the gang to get married.
We have photographed so many of their friends weddings over the previous few years so it was amazing to see so many friendly faces again.
Becky had such a clear vision of how she wanted their wedding day to be and boy did she pull if off in style.
We often talk about how we are so lucky to photograph the weddings of such wonderful people and that couldn't be more true for Becky and Sam.
Genuinely warm, caring but also outgoing and fun loving people who we got on so well with on a personal level.
Their wedding day was such a vibrant colourful affair which we have tried to mirror in this blog post by not including and black and white images.
From the fun filled morning prep through an emotionally charged ceremony and brilliant speeches we had the most amazing day. But the dancefloor is where it all happened for these party animals.
When it comes to wedding receptions, this is one that consistently steals the show.
A sea of smiling faces, twinkling lights, and infectious beats guiding guests into a whirlwind of joyous movement.
This dance floor really was the heartbeat of the celebration, pulsating with energy and creating memories that last a lifetime.
As the night unfolded and the dance floor frenzy reached its peak, the one thing became abundantly clear to us was the shared moments of laughter, joy, and connection that made this couple and group of friends truly special.
These precious moments serve as a testament to the power of this connection.
